Where we ship
We ship to Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira) and to the other European Union countries shown at checkout, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs
- Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira): €3.99; free on orders of €50 or more.
- Other European Union countries: €9.99.
Shipping costs are always shown at checkout, before you confirm your order. Where available, cash on delivery may have an extra fee, also shown before you confirm.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. If none is shown, delivery takes place within 30 days of your order at the latest. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, a tracking number.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered on time, contact us at apoiocliente@prostaphytol.pt or +351 210 303 367. We will sort it out at no cost to you.
